Amit Dror – Co-founder and CEO

Amit has developed vast experience in project, account and sales management across a range of roles at ECI Telecom and Comverse Inc. He has worked extensively around the globe managing projects with deliveries totalling $50m across Europe, the Americas, Asia and in particular in the Japanese market. Amit served as a Technological commander at 8200 unit.

Eyal Dror - Co-founder and CTO

Eyal has been passionate about the Solar industry ever since he designed and built his first Solar system in 1979. He has worked as R&D hardware manager for BVR Systems developing cockpit simulators mechanics, HW/SW and optic subsystems. Eyal has also served as VP Product and Marketing in the digital video recording market, where he grew exports for a start-up company from 0 to $3M in three years.Eyal has B.Sc. in Computer and EE (Faculty Dean Award) – Ben Gurion Univ. and International Marketing and Trading Management studies at Bar Ilan University.

Ron Lehrer - VP Product

Ron was previously COO of a fast growing software company with blue-chip clients from the banking and software development industries. With over 10 years of managerial and operational experience, Ron brings a wealth of experience in product and project management and a passion for delivering the best customer experience possible.

Simon Fried - VP Marketing

Simon started out as a strategy consultant at Michael Porter’s Monitor Group. Over the last 10 years he has worked as marketing advisor, consultant and trainer to some the world’s largest FMCG, automotive, financial and retail groups. He has also served as a financial regulator at the UK Financial Services Authority where he developed risk management and corporate governance expertise. Simon holds a B.Sc in psychology and management from University College London, an MBA from Bocconi and HEC and an M.Phil in behavioral economics from Oxford University where he also worked as a researcher into the psychology of investment decisions and consumer choice.
